Ombre with Lines or Words

Description:

Students will learn how to apply graduated underglaze color with art lines, shapes or words added. 
Materials:
 

• One or more leather-hard pieces that have a smooth surface
• Underglazes (some will be supplied by instructor)
• Small, sharp tip carving tool
• Soft fan brush, small pointed brush
• Wax resist
• Sponge
