Stains and Underglazes

Description:
Using the students' shapes, the effects of using stain versus underglazes in a painterly fashion will be explored. 

Materials:
Students will bring one shape that they can explore the use of stains or underglazes.


Class Information:
  • Pre-requisites:  Students need to have at least two classes working with clay commonly stocked at Grand Clay Arts.  It can be hand building or combination of hand building and throwing.
